1. Returns Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Personalised or customised items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please email info@vintageonthecoast.co.uk within 10 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received are defective or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely return delivery.
Vintage On The Coast is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 days.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.
Please bear in mind that all items are made from vintage fabric, which may contain imperfections.

Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
