Vintage on the Coast is a small independent business based in Heacham, Norfolk, UK. We create handmade products using vintage and antique textiles and home goods. You can contact us at [email protected].

All of our products are handmade from vintage and antique materials, unless otherwise stated. Each piece is unique and one of a kind. We take great care to accurately describe and photograph every item, including any signs of age, wear, or character that are inherent to vintage materials.

Colours may vary slightly from photographs due to differences in screen settings and the natural variation of vintage fabrics. These variations are not considered defects.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) at the stated price. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

As many of our products are one-of-a-kind, availability cannot always be guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Postage and packaging costs are shown separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the postal service used. We will provide tracking information where available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

Some of our products, including drum lampshades and candle clip lampshades, are made to order. These items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly described, as they are created specifically for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vintage on the Coast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
