Everything you need to know about delivery and collection
We ship to mainland UK addresses and offer a local collection option. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your vintage pieces arrive safely.
UK delivery rates
Delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been sent.
Collect in person
If you are local to Heacham, Norfolk, you are welcome to collect your order in person — free of charge. Simply select 'Collect in person' at checkout and we will be in touch to arrange a convenient time.
Northern Ireland & international orders
At present we are only able to ship to mainland UK addresses (England, Scotland and Wales). We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or internationally. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please get in touch before placing your order.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging every order. Cushions and soft furnishings are wrapped in tissue paper and placed in sturdy boxes or postal bags. Lampshades are individually boxed with protective padding. We reuse packaging materials where possible as part of our commitment to sustainability.
